  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Important Note

  • Before opening your parcel, please record a video as proof. This video will help verify the condition of the package and its contents in case of any issues.
  • No questions asked: If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund once we verify your claim through the video evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Custom or personalized jewellery

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchange policy
